Event Planning Packages


Choose your way to pay:

Flat Fee: You will be charged a flat rate for your event planning needs.


Percentage: You pay 10% of the cost of your event to us.


Hourly: This option is best when you need specific advice but do not require full consultation services. This option is also available for Event-Day-Only service and decorating services.






Royal Package

         We plan it all you sign the contracts and be your own guest of honor!


Princess Package

You've done some of the planning we pick up where you left off.


Event Day Only

You've done all the work sit back relax and let us take it from here! Includes rehearsal assistance free of charge.

Photo Booth


A Memorable Experience

We are happy to offer two photobooth experiences. You can choose between an enclosed traditional booth or an Open-Air style booth.

Our booth enclosed booth was designed with the latest in high definition digital technology. Your photos will be taken with a High Definition Web-Cam.  The Web-Cam produces 720P High Definition photos printed in minutes and you can choose to share the images online instantly (must have Internet access on site for sharing).

We are proud to provide you with a fantastic photo booth experience:

    • 5' X 4' Booth fits multiple people comfortably
    • Simple on screen instructions: Our booth is simple to operate. All your guest needs to do is press the staples Easy-Button to start the photo countdown.
    • See yourself as you pose and friends can view you from outside the booth!
    • Customized photo strips
    • Black & White or Color prints
    • We deliver, set-up, and man your booth throughout your event to ensure your event runs smoothly.

    • Our booth is covered in heavy luxurious drapery to create a great background and maximize lighting potential.


 Our professional host will assist your guests and to ensure your event is everything you want it to be. We do not employ technicians, instead we provide a professional host who will add to the experience for you and your guests. The host will interact with each of your closest friends, family and co-workers. Theresa's Memorable Events strives to create the most rewarding experience possible for your guests.


Our booth fits in anywhere! We’re not a carnival booth, we are designed for elegant events and can blend in with any décor. We are completely modular- we can go anywhere, anytime! Our booth is soft-sided so it is easy for all ages to get in and out of.


Why rent a photo booth?

Capture unique, candid and fun moments as your guests enjoy the spontaneity of posing for pictures in a drapery photo-booth. Photos print      on-site allowing your guests to take home a customized memento.

No need to pay for printing costs!

Propbox can be added to any package for $25 (fee is for cleaning and maintence of props we must do after your event)

Bookmark Photo Sleeves can be added to your order $0.60 each!

Prices above are for two photo strips of duplicate images printed on a 4"X6" photo sheet and photo shooting with a High Definition WebCAM.

You can choose to receive larger images for an additional cost.


 Open-air Green Screen Photo-shoot: Swap the booth for our green screen in any package! Choose background(s) to superimpose your image onto. An additional fee for editing your photos will be charged. Receive the images on a flashdrive (customer provides drive). Our Open-air booth is operated using a professional grade Nikon DSLR camera. We edit the backgrounds of your photos using professional photoshop software.


Live within 1hr dirve of Pottstown? We have a special package for you!    

Open-Air Green Screen Photo shoot and Editing:

35 Photos will be taken
Choose background(s) to superimpose your image onto
Receive the images on a flashdrive (customer provides drive)
*Choose to have all or some of them printed for an additional fee

Cost Calculation:35shots @ 2min editing per/shot =(70min)$20/hr+ $100(rental) + $130 (photoshoot time)= $250

Active Kid Party

Theresa's Memorable Events is happy to offer this new package that gets kids up and moving! Transporting children to expensive recreational facilities for a party is very costly, but ordinary parties at home can bore children. Why not let us bring a fun Active Kid Party to you!

                                     Includes Rental of:

Here is an
economical solution! Theresa’s Memorable Events is proud to provide party in abag! We now have pre-packed bags of party supplies for a variety of themes! We can accommodate guest lists of 8 or more! Have a theme in mind we aren’t prepared for? Give us 2 weeks notice and we’ll be happy to prepare a party-bag just for you!
